How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, enter accurate delivery details, and select an available payment method during checkout.
How quickly are orders prepared?
In-stock products are normally prepared within 24–48 business hours. Peptide pens and out-of-stock products may show a longer lead time.
Can I change an order?
Contact support immediately. Paid or dispatched orders may no longer be editable.
Shipping
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are fulfilled from the United States and sent with tracking in discreet external packaging.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking is emailed when the order is dispatched.
Are customs fees included?
Import requirements and local charges remain the recipient’s responsibility.
Payments
Which payment methods are available?
The checkout displays currently enabled card, cryptocurrency, and manual payment options.
Why is a crypto payment pending?
Network confirmations can take time. The order updates automatically after the payment provider confirms settlement.

Are these products medicines?
